根据《国务院办公厅关于 2021 年部分节假日安排的通知》，结合《高等学校、中小学校和托幼机构春季学期新冠肺炎疫情防控技术方案（第三版）》要求，经学校防疫防控应急组研究决定，作如下安排：

    一、端午节放假时间：6 月 12 日（星期六）——6 月 14 日（星期一），共计三天。

    二、疫情还未平息，请大家牢固树立疫情防控常态化意识，时刻关注中高风险地区变化，不前往、不出境。师生离苏需提前按照相关流程报备。

    三、返校查验材料

    教职工：苏康码、行程轨迹，

    学生：本人苏康码、同住人员苏康码和行程轨迹，

    所有人员返校前请及时提交以上材料并确保身体健康状况良好。

    如疫情防控部门或上级教育行政部门有新要求，学校会另行通知。请以最新通知为准。

Holiday Notice of Dragon Boat Festival 2021

In compliance with the latest holiday notification by the State Council of China, and the newest national policy-Guidelines on the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Prevention and Control in Kindergartens, Primary and Middle Schools and Higher Education Institutions (Third Edition), SIPFLS Working Party for Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control offers a specific plan as follows.

1. Dragon Boat Festival (public holiday) is scheduled from June 12th (Saturday) to 14th 2021 (Monday), three days in total.

2. Since COVID-19 epidemic has not yet subsided, please raise awareness of taking regular epidemic prevention and control measures. Pay close attention to the situation in medium-risk & high-risk areas and avoid traveling to these areas or overseas. For any teacher or student who has to leave Suzhou, he or she shall submit his or her travel itinerary in advance.

3. Re-entry Policy

Teachers & Staff: Jiangsu Health Code & 14-day Travel Record

Students: Jiangsu Health Code (Personal)

Jiangsu Health Code & 14-day Travel Record (Family Members’)

Please submit the above materials in time and keep healthy before returning to school.

We will notify you the latest travel recommendations as soon as Headquarters for Epidemic Prevention and Control or Education Bureau releases any new policy in future. Please refer to the latest notification.
