根据《国务院办公厅关于 2021 年部分节假日安排的通知》，结合《高等学校、中小学校和托幼机构春季学期新冠肺炎疫情防控技术方案（第三版）》要求，经学校防疫防控应急组研究决定，作如下安排：

一、清明节放假时间：4 月 3 日（星期六）——4 月 5 日（星期一），共计三天。

二、牢固树立疫情防控常态化意识。低风险地区持绿码可有序流动；时刻关注中高风险地区变化，不前往、不出境。师生离苏需提前按照相关流程报备。

三、返校查验材料

    教职工：苏康码、行程轨迹，

    学生：本人苏康码、同住人员苏康码和行程轨迹，

    所有人员返校前请及时提交以上材料并确保身体健康状况良好。

    清明节期间，正值出行高峰期，注意出行安全。倡导文明祭祀，安全祭祀。

Holiday Notice of Qing Ming Festival 2021

In compliance with the latest holiday notification by the State Council of China, as well as the newest national policy-Guidelines on the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Prevention and Control in Kindergartens, Primary and Middle Schools and Higher Education Institutions(Third Edition), SIPFLS Working Party for Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control offers a

​specific plan as follows.

1. Qing Ming Festival is scheduled from April 3rd (Saturday) to 5th 2021 (Monday), three days

in total.

2. Raise awareness of taking regular epidemic prevention and control measures. Pay close attention to the situation in medium-risk & high-risk areas and avoid traveling to these areas or overseas. For any teacher or student who has to leave Suzhou, he or she shall submit his or her travel itinerary in advance.

3. Re-entry Policy

Jiangsu Health Code & 14-day Travel Record (Family Members')

Please always keep in mind of safety during Qing Ming peak periods. We recommend you to sweep the tombs in a civilized manner.
