SIPFLS Winter Holiday Notice for Year 2020-2021(Updated) 

根据江苏省教育厅发布的 《关于做好 2021 年中小学幼儿园寒假工作的通知》 ， 结合 《苏州市疫情防控 2021 年第 1 号通告》及上级主管部门最新精神，经学校防疫防控应急组研究决定，对学期末工作和寒假作如下安排：

In compliance with the latest notification by Jiangsu Education Bureau, as well as the newest local policies including No. 1 [2021] Notice on Epidemic Prevention and Control of Suzhou, SIPFLS Working Party for Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control offers a specific plan for the Winter Holiday as well as the ending of this semester.

一、 1 月 28 日（星期四）14：00，全校教职工大会（艺术大厅）

An all-staff meeting will take place in the Auditorium at 14:00 pm on January 28 th 2021 (Thur.).

二、 寒假时间：1 月 29 日（星期五）至 2 月 21 日（星期日）

The winter holiday is scheduled from January 29 th (Fri.) to February 21 st 2021(Sun.).

三、 2 月 19 日（星期五）全体行政后勤上班

February 19 th 2021(Fri.) All administrative staff will resume work.

2 月 21 日（星期日）全体教职工上班，9：30 举行教职工大会（艺术大厅）

                                            All-staff Meeting will take place in the Auditorium at 9:30 am.

四、假期建议 Holiday Recommendations

1.提倡留苏过年、就地过年。在遵守疫情防控要求的前提下，学校会为留校教职工安排丰富多彩的活动，确保大家度过舒心祥和的春节。

We call on all teachers and staff not to leave Suzhou around the Spring Festival. To make sure everyone can enjoy the Spring Festival, we will provide warm services and hold various events for those who are spending the holiday on campus, according to the latest health requirements.

2.时刻关注中高风险地区变化，不前往、不出境（包括澳门）。非必要不出苏州市，确需出苏州市的，请提交纸质的出行报备单及外出承诺书，经学校审批同意后方可离苏。

Pay serious attention to the situation in medium-risk & high-risk areas and avoid traveling to these areas or overseas (including Macao). All teachers and staff should avoid leaving Suzhou unless it’s necessary. Prior approval (paper form) is requested if anyone has to leave Suzhou, including Leave (Suzhou) Application Form during Winter Holiday 2021 and Letter of Commitment on Epidemic Prevention&Control for Leaving Suzhou.

3.离开苏州市的教职员工，每天 21：00 前务必如实向校长汇报当日身体状况以及当时详细行程轨迹（出行时间段、目的地、中途停留过的场所、往返交通工具及车号等详细信息）。 离苏教职工请在开学前 4 14  日返回苏州。

Those teachers and staff who tend to leave Suzhou must truthfully report their health conditions and detailed itinerary to the principal (including travel periods, destinations, stopovers, round-trip transportation and vehicle number, etc.) before 21:00 pm on a daily basis. Besides, those travelers are requested to return to Suzhou 14 days before school opens.

4.假期里，教职员工请及时配合学校完成每日健康统计表。家庭成员一旦出现发热、咳嗽等不适症状， 应立即到就近的发热门诊就诊， 报告学校并配合做好后续相关查验工作。

During the holiday, all teachers and staff shall cooperate with our health policy and submit daily reports in time. Once your family members have uncomfortable symptoms such as fever and cough, they should immediately go to hospital, while you shall inform school and cooperate with follow-up inspections if necessary.

5.做好个人防护，注意身体健康。养成戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、保持“一米线”、不扎堆、少聚集、分餐制、用公筷公勺等良好卫生习惯；尽量减少不必要的聚会、聚餐，减少到人员密集的公共场所活动，降低疫情传播风险。

Take proper self-protection measures and keep good hygiene habits such as putting on face masks, washing hands often, ventilating rooms routinely, keeping a distance of one meter from others, using serving spoons and chopsticks. Avoid unnecessary gatherings and celebrations. Reduce unnecessary travel and attendance at large public gatherings.

五、返校查验 Re-entry Policy

返校前， 学校会根据防疫政策查验苏康码、 行程轨迹和 14 天的体温监测健康记录表。

对所有返苏教职工，均需查验 7 天内苏州市出具的核酸检测阴性证明。

We will establish a re-entry policy including Jiangsu Health Code, 14-day Travel Record, Health Declaration Form in line with the latest official requirements. For all returnees/inbound travelers, they have to present a negative nucleic acid test issue by the Suzhou government within 7 days after their arrivals.

如教职工寒假实际居住地当前疫情风险等级为中高风险的，暂不返校。

For those travelers who return from medium-risk or high-risk areas, they shall not return to school temporarily.

如防疫政策要求核酸检测或隔离，费用均需自行承担且隔离期将被视作事假处理。如因擅自出行造成无法按时回校工作，学校保留无偿终止其合同的权利。

Travelers will have to bear expenses for their quarantine and nucleic acid tests by themselves according to the Epidemic policies. In addition, the quarantine period will be seen as personal leave. If any teacher or staff cannot resume work on time due to unauthorized travels, the school reserves the right to terminate his or her contract without compensation.

如需核酸检测证明，可自行在微信小程序“苏州工业园区一网通办”或者微信公众号“苏州卫生 12320”平台预约检测。

To reserve a nucleic acid test , you can use WeChat Mini Program "苏州工业园区一网通办" or WeChat Official Account Platform "苏州卫生 12320" .

如疫情防控部门或上级教育行政部门有新要求，学校会另行通知。请以最新通知为准。

We will notify you the latest travel recommendations as soon as Headquarters for Epidemic Prevention and Control or Education Bureau releases any new policy in future.

The latest edition shall prevail for all purposes.
