根据《国务院办公厅关于 2020 年部分节假日安排的通知》，经学校防疫防控应急组研究决定，作如下安排：

一、中秋节/国庆节放假时间：10 月 1 日至 8 日放假调休，共 8 天。9 月 27日（星期日）、10 月 10 日（星期六）上班。

二、值此疫情防控关键时期学校教职工尽量不要离开苏州，原则上不允许离开江苏省，如有特殊原因需要出省，需填报申请表，经学校领导班子集体同意批准后方可。

三、10 月 9 日（星期五）全体教职工进校均需准备如下材料：员工卡、苏康码（当日）、行程轨迹（当日），个人健康信息卡，同时配合测量体温。

Holiday Notice of Mid-autumn Festival & China National Day 2020

Dear all,In compliance with the latest notification by the State Council of China, SIPFLS Working Party for Novel Coronavirus Prevention offers a specific plan as follows:

1. The Mid-autumn Festival & China National Day is scheduled from October 1st to October 8th 2020, eight days in total. Besides, School will resume normal operations on September 27th (Sunday) & October 10th 2020 (Saturday).

2. All the teachers and staff are highly recommended to stay in Suzhou. In principle,all teachers and staff are required to stay in Jiangsu province during the epidemic period. Prior approval from the school leadership team is requested when any teachers or staff have to leave Jiangsu province.

3. On October 9 th 2020 (Friday), all teachers and staff shall cooperate with the re-entry policy. These include: presenting Employee ID Card, Jiangsu Health Code (Updated), 14-day Travel Record (Updated), Health Declaration Form and cooperating with Temperature Check at the school gate.
