根据学校工作安排，现将我校 2019 年暑假放假及新学年开学安排通知如下：

  

6 月 30 日（星期日）12：00 前各学部学生全部离校开始暑假（各学部根据实际情况安排） ；

6 月 30 日（星期日）9：30，全体教职工大会（艺术大厅） ；会后总务处会同保安人员进行全校安全大检查；

 

7 月 1 日至 8 月 23 日，暑假。各部门安排值班；

 

8 月 24 日 （星期六） 8： 00 行政管理人员正常上班， 部分老师上班 （各部门安排） ；

 

8 月 28 日（星期三） 8：00 全体教职工上班；

 

8 月 28 日—8 月 29 日（星期三—星期四）教职工培训

 

8 月 30 日（星期五） 9：00 军训汇报演出

                                14：00 教职工大会（艺术大厅） ；

 

8 月 31 日（星期六）小学部学生报到注册；

 

9 月 1 日（星期日） 9：00 幼儿园学生报到注册；

                                15：00 初中部学生报到注册；

                                16：00 高中部学生（BC、IB、IA）报到注册；

 

9 月 2 日（星期一）8：00 新学期开学上课。

 

 

节假日期间，妥善安排好值班和安全保卫等工作，确保全校师生度过一个平安、充实的假期！

NOTIFICATION OF SUMMER HOLIDAY & NEW SEMESTER 2019

Dear all,

 

Please note the following information of SIPFLS Summer Holiday and New Semester2019.

 

1. School will finish at12:00 pm on Jun. 30th 2019 (Sun.) with all students leaving at this

time (Each Department may make correspondent arrangement).

 

2. The all-Staff Meeting will take place in SIPFLS Auditorium at 09:30 am on Jun.

30th 2019 (Sun.). A campus-wide security check will be conducted by securityguardsa

well as officials from Department of General Affairs after the Meeting.

 

3. The summer holiday begins on Jul. 1st 2019 and ends on Aug. 23 ed 2019. Each

Department has to make an on-call schedule during the holiday.

 

4. For all administration staff and certain teachers, School will restart at 08:00 am on

Aug. 24th 2019 (Sat.).

5. For all teachers and staff, School will resume normal operations from 08:00 am on

Aug. 28th 2019 (Wed.).

6. The Staff Training will last for two days, from Aug. 28th (Wed.)to Aug.29 th  (Thur.).

7. The military training performance for all freshmen starts at 09:00 am Aug. 30th 2019

(Fri.). In the afternoon, the all-Staff Meeting will take place in SIPFLS Auditorium at 

14:00 pm on Aug. 30th 2019 (Fri.).

8. The registration for students from SIPFLS Primary School will last all daylong on

Aug. 31st 2019 (Sat.).

9. The registration for students from SIPFLS Kindergarten will start at 09:00 am on

Sep.1st 2019 (Sun.), whereas students from SIPFLS Junior School register at 15:00 pm

on Sep.1st 2019 (Sun.). Students from SIPFLS High School (BC/IB/IA)can complete

their registration at 16:00 pm on Sep.1st 2019 (Sun.).

10. School will re-open at 08:00 am on Sep. 2nd 2019 (Mon.).

 

Each Department should make an on-call schedule and conduct security check during 

summer to ensure an enjoyable, safe and restful holiday!
