根据学校工作安排，现将我校2019年清明节放假安排通知如下：

4月5日（星期五）至4月7日（星期日）放假休息，共3天。

4月8日（星期一）正常上班。

住校学生4月7日晚返校参加自习，走读学生4月8日正常到校上课。

放假前，请各部门妥善安排好工作，总务处做好校园安全检查工作。

Tomb Sweeping Day Arrangement

All departments,

Please be noted the following arrangement of SIP Foreign Language School for 2019 Tomb Sweeping Day.

Apr. 5th (Friday) to Apr. 7th (Sunday), 3 days off.

Apr. 8th (Monday) will be the normal working day.

Boarding students are supposed to attend the self-study at night on Apr. 7th. Non-boarding students come back to school on Apr. 8th.

All departments should make proper arrangement before holiday. General Affairs Department should conduct the security check before holiday.
