养活自己是人物! ——记苏州工业园区外国语学校幼儿园“我长大了----幼儿养活技能大赛”
苏州工业园区外国语学校始终遵循“诚实,勤劳,有爱心,不走捷径”的价值观,积极践行着“养活教育”思想。
教孩子做不会做的事,逼孩子做会做的事,行知合一,努力成为更好的自己!我们针对3-6岁幼儿每个年龄段特点,从自理能力入手,放手让孩子锻炼动手动脑的能力,致力于培养善于发现问题,有勇气面对问题,有能力解决问题的人。
SIPFLS has always been working on the teaching value about being HONEST,HARD WORKING,KIND and no SHORT CUT, as well as insisting on the self-reliance education.
Teach the kids to do what they are not capable to do. Push the kids to do what they have learned how to do. Combined the practice with the knowledge, in order to let the kids become better.
As we fully understand the development features of the 3-6Y kids, we set the self-help ability cultivation as the first goal. We are going to release our hands to let the kids master the life skills with hands and thought, cultivate the skill of problems discovering and problems solving, being confident to face the problems and being capable to solve the problems.



听!小班的教室里,加油声此起彼伏,小班的宝贝们向大班的哥哥姐姐展示了自己穿脱衣服的本领:我会自己穿衣服,我会自己扣纽扣,小班的孩子们非常认真的穿衣服叠衣服,赢得了哥哥姐姐们的喝彩!
“弟弟妹妹加油哦,先伸左手,再伸右手,不要着急哦!”“哇,弟弟妹妹真棒,这么快就把衣服穿好了!”
Listen! Each single corner of the K1 classroom was full of cheers. The kids from K1 were showing to the big kids from K3 how they can put on and also take off the clothes. I can put on and button the clothes by myself. The young kids from K1 were working hard on putting on and folding the clothes, which won the compliment from the K3 kids. “Come on, little brother and sister, stretch out the left hand first and then the right hand ,take it easy, you can do it. ” “Wow, the little brothers and sisters are so good, they can put on the clothes so fast. ”



大班的哥哥姐姐们也自信的秀出了自己快速整理书包的技能,赢得了弟弟妹妹的阵阵掌声。
“哥哥姐姐,你们好厉害,我们也要向你们那样能干!”
“哇,哥哥姐姐,你们的衣服叠的好整齐呀!”
The kids from K3 were so confident to show how fast they can tidy up the backpack, which won the applause from the K1 kids. “Big brother and sister, you are so good, we will learn from you to become better!” “Wow, big brother and sister, you can fold the quilt so good !”


团队合作的环节到了,大小宝贝们互相帮助,努力将被子装进打包袋里。
“妹妹,你拉着袋子,我来装被子。”
“哥哥,你的力气真大啊!”
“弟弟,你用手压着被子,哥哥来拉拉链,小心手哦!”
“姐姐,我喜欢和你一起打包被子!”
The kids were helping with each other during the team work activity. They are trying their best to put the quilt into the bag. “Sister, you come to hold the bag, I will put the quilt into the bag.” “Brother, you are so strong !” “Little brother, you come to help me to keep the quilt into the bag, I will zip it up, watch out your hand.” “Big sister, I like to pack up the quilt with you!”

中班年级组里,养活技能比赛也在如火如荼地进行着。
“我要把毛巾洗干净,在家里我也帮妈妈洗过毛巾!”
“我会用夹子夹住毛巾哦,奶奶经常夸我夹得牢。”
“扫地我最在行了,要把脏东西先扫到一起呢!”“擦桌子可难不倒我,要把桌子边也擦干净。”
认真的眼神里洋溢着劳动的喜悦比赛结束,中班的哥哥姐姐来到了托班弟弟妹妹的教室,猜猜我们的宝贝们要干什么呢?
The life skill competition was also holding in K2. “I will wash the tower just like I help my mom to wash the tower at home.”
“I can hold the tower with the clips so tight, even my grandma gave me the thumb! ” “I am good at wiping the floor, I know I need to go there all rubbish first!” “Cleaning the table is not a difficult thing to me, I also can clean up the edge of the table.” Our kids eyes were full of joy and pleasure. The K2 kids came to the Pre-K , try to guess what they will do here.


“小弟弟,不要着急,一口饭一口菜,慢慢吃呀!”
“小妹妹,不要剩饭剩菜,要全部吃完才能长高高哦!”
“来,弟弟妹妹,让哥哥姐姐帮你们擦擦嘴巴,不要做小花猫哦!”
中班的哥哥姐姐给托班的小宝贝喂饭,体验了当哥哥姐姐的成就感,萌萌的托班宝贝也感受到了别样的幸福。
“Take your time, little brother, one spoon dish and one spoon rice, eat slowly!” “Little sister, don’t waste the food, eat them all to grow big and tall!” “ Come to me, little brother and sister, I will wipe your mouth, don’t be the dirty kitty.” The kids from K2 fed the little brother and sister to feel the achievement and the kids from Pre-K were also got the strong love from the big brother and sister.


活动虽然结束了,但是养活教育思想的种子已经在孩子们的心中深根。这次活动不仅是对我们践行养活教育的一次检验,更是一个新的起点,坚持践行养活教育思想,从实际出发,在师幼互动中、在家园共育中,让孩子们亲身体验,从身边小事做起,学会生活,学会养活自己!我们相信,通过努力,养活教育思想的种子一定会生根发芽,绽放出最美丽的花朵!
Although it was the end of the activity, but it put the seeds in our kid’s heart. This activity is not the test of our self-reliance education, but also the new beginning to insist the self-reliance. Start from the practice, during the communication between the teachers and little ones, together with the help from the family, we let the kids experience and practice the little things around them, learn how to live and how to take care themselves! We always believe the seeds of self-reliance will grow up and bloom beautifully through our efforts!
