“抗疫情”从我做起-苏州工业园区外国语学校幼儿园疫情防控应急演练纪实
幼儿园是学龄前儿童集体生活的场所,易感人群集中、易导致交叉感染、社会关注度高,科学精准指导幼儿园做好防疫防控,对维护师生员工生命健康、维护幼儿园正常生活教学秩序,具有重大意义。
为切实落实幼儿园各项防疫防控工作,我园根据《幼儿园新型冠状病毒肺炎防控指南》,积极开展了“幼儿一日活动现场模拟演练”,努力做到早发现、早报告、早隔离、早诊断、早治疗,为幼儿来园做好全方位的准备!
Kindergarten is the place where the toddlers and kids spend the daytime here. As the toddlers and kids are esaily infected in the kindergarten and it also arouse the high social concern, so it is significant to prevent the infection disease with the scientific method to make sure the the kids and staffs to be safet and healthy and all works goes well in kindergarten. For working out the infection disease prevention in accordance with the 《Guide book for the COVID-19 prevention》, wwe held a ‘Daily life infection disease prevention drilling in the kindergarten. We will try our best to make sure that the infected person will be checked, reported, isolated, diagnosed and received the treatment as early as possible. All the preparation is for.starting school in order safely.
模拟场景一入园、晨检
Drilling 1---get inside of the school& morning check
1.幼儿入园前做好“家庭第一测”,家长及时告知班主任关于幼儿的体温情况,确保身体健康的幼儿方可来园。
1). Check the temperature at home first. If any abnormal, parent should inform teachers to make sure the kid is healthy when coming to the school.
2.家长带领幼儿佩戴口罩,保持一米间隔等待入园。
2). Wear mask and queue out of the school with keeping 1 meter distance from others.
3.家长送幼儿到幼儿园专用通道口处,待幼儿体温测量通过后,方可离开。
3). Parent send the kids to the waiting area and check temperature. Then parent can leave if the kids temperature is normal.
4.托小班幼儿在护导老师带领下送至晨检区(1),中大班幼儿在护导老师的指引下至晨检区(2)。
4). The kids in Pre-K & K1 will be guided by health care teachers to the morning check room. The kids in K2&K3 will be guided by health care teachers to the morning check room.
5.幼儿有序排队,前后保持一米距离,等待晨检。
5). The kids should stand in a line for morning check and keep 1 meter distance from others.
6.保健老师引导幼儿将一次性手套取下,放进专用垃圾箱。
6). The health care teachers will guide the kids to put of the disposable gloves and throw them in the marked trash bin.
7.保健老师进行第二测,做到”一看、二摸、三问“,身体无异常的幼儿通过晨检。
7). The health care teacher will do the second check before entering into the kindergarten.
模拟场景二进班、洗手
Drilling 2--get inside the classroom&wash hands
1.全园分设6个护导点,保障幼儿安全进班。
1). The classroom is divided into 6 protection area to make sure the kids get inside the classroom safely.
2.幼儿进班后,进入盥洗室,按照”七步洗手法“正确洗手,杜绝传染源。
2). Guide the kids to wash hands with the ‘Seven steps for washing hands’ to stop the resource of the disease.
模拟场景三午餐、盥洗
Drilling3--Lunch time&wash hands.
1.幼儿餐桌间隔摆放,保持一米距离。
1). The dining table will be put separately and keep 1 meter distance between the tables.
2.保育员严格按照“清-消-清”流程规范消毒桌面及隔板。
2).The nursery should clean and disinfect the dining table and the clapboard strictly “clean-disinfect-clean’.
3.幼儿分组有序进入盥洗室,按照”七步洗手法“正确洗手。
3).The kids should get inside the washing room in several groups and wash hands with ‘Seven wash hands method’.
4.教师将餐点分组送至每一位等待就餐的幼儿。
4).The teachers will send the lunch to the kids who is ready for the lunch.
5.幼儿盥洗后,有序入座,正确取下口罩,挂在口罩专用的小挂钩上。
5). After washing hands, have a seat in order and put off the mask properly and hang on the hook for the mask.
模拟场景四午检、午睡
Drilling 4--Check after lunch & Snap time
1.加强午检工作,班级老师及时测温并记录,体温正常幼儿,方可入睡。
1). Check each kids’ temperature and put the temperature on record. After checking without any abnormal, the kids can be ready for snapping.
2.合理利用班级空间,幼儿床位保持一米间隔。
2). Make sure the 1 meter distance between the beds.
3.幼儿午睡,教师每隔15分钟巡视一次。
3).The teachers should check the kids every 15 minutes when the snapping time.
模拟场景五放学、离园
Drilling 5--Leave the kindergarten
1.严格遵守错峰离园时间:
托小班:15:20-15:30
中班:15:30-15:40
大班:15:40-15:50
1). Each level of the kids will leave the kindergarten with different time.
Pre-k&K1 15:20-15:30
K2 15:30-15:40
K3 15:40-15:50
2.各班家长戴好口罩,根据校门口专用通道标识,分两列有序排队,注意保持一米间隔,有序等待幼儿。
2) . Parent should wear mask when picking up kids ,queue in two lines and wait for the kids in the waiting area with the sign board. Make sure the distance from each other should be 1 meter.
3.各班师生戴好口罩分两列至校门口指定专用通道处,有序离园。
3) . The teachers with mask lead the kids to the waiting area and queue in two lines.
4.未能及时来接领的幼儿由班级老师统一带回各自班级,妥善照顾,等待家长来接领。
4) .The teachers will bring the kids back to the classroom who haven’t picked up by parent and wait for the kids’ parent.
5.晚来接的家长到达后及时与老师联系,由班级老师将幼儿护送至校门口,交给家长。
5) .Parent who is late for picking up should call the teachers when arrive at school, the teacher will send the kids the the school gate to meet the parent.
模拟场景六突发呕吐应急处理
Drilling 6--Dealing with the vomit.
1.发现呕吐幼儿,班主任及时将患儿带至校内留观室,随身携带呕吐袋,并通知保健老师。
1). One teacher in the class should bring the kid who spew to the observation room and bring the bag for vomit , inform the health care teacher.
2.副班主任带领其他幼儿有序离开,至疫情备用教室活动。园长助理协助管理,安抚班级幼儿情绪。
2).Another teacher in the class should lead the kids leave the classroom to the back-up classroom. The assistant of the principle of kindergarten should cooperate with the teachers and ease up the kids.
3.保育员做好个人防护,打开消毒干巾覆盖呕吐物。同时开窗通风,保持室内空气流通。
3). The health care teacher should wear the protection uniform and use the wet tissue paper to cover the vomit. Open the windows and let the fresh air get inside the classroom.
4.及时移除消毒后的呕吐物,消毒残留污染物、周围地面及周围物体表面。
4). Disinfect the vomit and remove it. Disinfect and clean the floor or the surface of the place where touched the vomit.
5.对使用过的拖把和抹布进行消毒处理。
5). Disinfect the mop and clean cloth for cleaning the vomit.
模拟场景七园内发烧应急处理
Drilling 7-- Treat with the kids with fever.
1.发现发烧幼儿,班主任第一时间送至校内留观室,并通知保健老师。
1). One teacher in the class should bring the kids with fever to the observation room and inform the health care teachers.
2.副班主任带领其他幼儿有序离开,至疫情备用教室活动。园长助理协助管理,安抚班级幼儿情绪。
2). Another teacher in the class should lead the kids leave the classroom to the back-up classroom. The assistant of the principle of kindergarten should cooperate with the teachers and ease up the kids.
3.保健老师至留观室复测患儿体温再次确认是否发烧,安抚患儿情绪,避免产生紧张恐慌心理。
3).The health care teachers should check the kids’ temperature again and ease up the kids not to be panic.
4.班主任立刻联系家长,告知家长患儿目前状况,了解幼儿近期行程、接触过的人员,是否可送至附近的发热门诊。
4). The teachers should inform the kids’ parent and trace the kids route ,ask if the kids contact other person and if need to send to the hospital nearby.
5.班主任立刻上报园长。园长在疫情群里汇报幼儿情况,经校长同意后,总务安排疫情专用车辆由班主任和一名保健老师陪同,将患儿送至最近的发热门诊。并通知家长尽快赶到。
5). The teacher should report to the principle of kindergarten. When get the approve from the principle of school after the principle of kindergarten report to the school, the general affairs department will arrange the special car for sending the kid with fever to the hospital. The teacher and health care teacher will go with the kid and also should inform the kids’ parent to go to the hospital as soon as possible.
6.另一名保健老师和相关消毒保洁人员对幼儿经过的区域、使用过的物品及乘坐的车辆进行终末消毒处理。
6). The teacher for the kid and the other health care teacher will disinfect the area where the kid had stayed and the things which the kids had used, and also the car which the kid had taken.
春已至,花又开,美好终将如约而至!让我们坚定信心,科学防治,共同守护幼儿的生命健康,期待与宝贝们再次相约在园外大家庭!
