特别的“礼物”给最可爱的“你”——记苏州工业园区外国语学校幼儿园“不一样的教师节”
“教育意味着一棵树摇动另一棵树,一朵云推动另一朵云,一个灵魂唤醒另一个灵魂。”2019年9月 10日——在第35个教师节来临之际,园外幼儿园的老师们除了收获满满的祝福,也收获了一份别样的礼物——“专家零距离脑力风暴之‘基于幼儿主动探究的课程设计’”。
‘Education means that let one tree shake another tree; let one cloud push another cloud; let one soul wake up another soul’. On 10th September 2019, the 35th Teachers’ Day, the teachers in SIPFLS kindergarten have received the best wishes, what’s more, they received a special gift--- ‘A brainstorm with the expert about curriculum design based on kids’ inquiry learning ‘.
活动中,专家方老师首先结合“干湿动静”的区域分布原则,对于班级环创进行了针对性的点评。随后,根据新学期的探究式课程设计,方老师深入浅出地介绍了“如何用思维导图开启幼儿项目化学习?”并请老师们结合各自不同年级的主题背景和幼儿的认知特点,分组实操演练、交流分享,一场别开生面的脑力激荡直击着每个人的心灵,两个多小时的研讨活动干货满满!
At the beginning of the meeting, the expert Ms. Fang gave the comments on the environment creation in kindergarten classroom, which is based on the functional area divided principles- ’separate the classroom into dry area, wet area, noisy area and quiet area’. And then, according to the curriculum design based on kids’ inquiry learning for this semester, Ms. Fang introduced the methods of ‘How to stimulate the kids’ inquiry learning on the topic by using of Mind Maps?’. Ms. Fang let the teachers in each level practise and share how to stimulate the kids’ inquiring learning ability in the new topic, which is according to the cognitive competence of the kids in each level. The teachers in kindergarten have shared a lot of experiences with each other and also got a lot useful ideas in this two hours seminar.
最后,钱园长和方老师结合新学期基于幼儿主动探究的课程设计,希望老师们应以孩子的兴趣和需求为出发点,注重发展适宜性,抓住核心问题和核心概念,设计框架图,努力践行在路上.......
At the ending of this seminar, Principle Qian and Ms. Fang wish that all of the teachers in kindergarten could make the curriculum design according to the kids’ interests and requirement .Meanwhile, Principle Qian and Ms. Fang wish the teachers could get the core point and the main concept of each topic to let our kids develop and grow up in the right direction. We are always on the way to try our best to give our kids the best education.
