把简单的事情做好就是不简单
芳菲四月，最美的春天在园外！在苏州工业园区外国语学校国际幼儿园，有一群最可爱的人——默默奉献、勤劳朴实的保育员阿姨，她们年复一年，日复一日关心着孩子们的衣食冷暖、健康成长。今天就让我们通过2019保育员技能竞赛，走近她们看似简单却不平凡的日常…….
There is a group of lovely people working in our kindergarten. They are nurses who care about kids’ food and clothes all the time. Let’s take a look at their excellent performance in Nurse Skills Competition.
餐前准备及分餐篇
幼儿抵抗力弱，卫生意识较薄弱，幼儿园的消毒卫生工作就尤为重要。每天的“一餐两点”前，保育员阿姨按规定的浓度配置好消毒液，一丝不苟地按照“清水——消毒液——清水”的三个步骤来擦桌面：擦半张桌子毛巾换一面，桌角边缘又换一面，看似简单的擦桌子也是有章可循的呢！指导小朋友们认真洗手，“洗好小手去擦干！”“洗好的小手不要再碰小椅子！”……看似琐碎的叮咛，饱含着保育员阿姨们的爱心和责任心。
The disinfection work is particularly important for kids’ weak hygienic consciousness. Every day they clean the table 3 times following “clear water-disinfectant-clear water”. They instruct kids to wash hands carefully. “Wash your hands and towel hands dry!” “Don’t touch the chair after washing your hands!”, says the nurses with love.

分餐开始啦！赶快戴好一次性口罩、手套， 饭菜要根据幼儿不同的食量进行添加，班级有食物过敏的幼儿，都要时刻牢记在心，盛好特殊准备的饭菜。
When meal begins, they wear disposable masks and gloves as soon as possible. Food is added according to kids’ appetite and special food is prepared for those with food allergies.

巧手包馄饨篇
幼儿园的小厨房是孩子们学习厨艺，提高动手能力，践行“养活教育”思想的重要课堂。保育员阿姨作为生活老师，当然也要身体力行地做好孩子们的榜样哦！5分钟计时开始，大家包馄饨的动作娴熟，要在短时间内决出胜负，也是很有难度的呢！
The little kitchen is an important classroom for kids to learn cooking, improve hands-on skills and implement self-support education philosophy. As life teachers, nurses want to set a good example for kids. It’s a close race because of their great wonton-making skills.
比赛结束，当保育员阿姨从钱园长手中接过光灿灿的奖状时，听到的最朴实的一句话——那就是“我们一定会努力把工作做得更好！” 我们常说：在平凡的工作岗位上做最简单的事，把简单的事情做好就是不简单，这就是保育工作的缩写，也是对“工匠精神”的一种诠释！
At the end of the game, Ms. Qian, head of Kindergarten awarded those who won the match. “We will try our best to do a better job!” said the winners. As we often say, it is not easy to perform well in simple things , which is the good explanation of nursing work and craftsman spirit.
