养活教育与探究式教学——记国际幼儿园园本课程的开发与建设
苏州工业园区外国语学校国际幼儿园秉承着“诚实、勤劳、有爱心、不走捷径”的价值观,坚持践行生活教育、自然教育和养活教育思想。经过多年的沉淀与积累,新学期幼儿园将“养活教育”作为了第一轮课程改革的着力点,把课程定位在“探究型课程”,因为它是幼儿自主地运用研究性学习方式,获得和应用知识、发现和提出问题、探究和解决问题的学习活动。在专家团队和全体教师的共同努力下,幼儿园进行了前期课程框架的搭建,并根据幼儿年龄特点进行了课程内容的开发,突破固有的传统思维方式和教学模式的束缚,让课程走出课堂、解决实际问题。
With the school value “honest, hard-working, love for others and responsibility”, SIPFLS International Kindergarten is making great efforts to implement nature, life and self-support education philosophy and combine advanced international education philosophy, modern education approaches with Chinese traditional culture. For the joint efforts of expert team and all the teachers, the curriculum is developed according to the characteristics of children’s age so as to break through the inherent constraints of traditional thinking and teaching mode and solve practical problems.
2019年2月15日——寒假的最后一天,幼儿园请来了北师大儿童发展硕士方菁女士带领的的专家团队,为全体教师做了一场全天的体验式培训。培训刚开始,方老师就让三组组员给自己的小组取一个名字,设计一个LOGO,喊一句响亮的口号,通过10分钟的预热活动,教师们一下打开了思维,为今天的培训做了一个良好的铺垫。之后方老师抛出了“什么是探究式教学”的问题,请三组组员围绕一个“苹果”的探究开展教学研讨活动,二十分钟后各组推选一名代表进行展示,方老师结合各组展示情况予以及时的评价。
Ms. Fang Jing, together with her team, was invited to our kindergarten on the last day of winter vacation. Having got her Master Degree of Child Development from Beijing Normal University, Ms. Fang gave an all-day experiential training for all teachers.

为了提高教师组织幼儿探究式教学活动的水平,方老师十分注重体验式培训中的运用环节,她围绕“食”文化这个主题,布置全体成员设计一个探究式的项目方案,在大家的共同努力下,各组组员均按照要求完成了设计方案,并进行了现场展示和模拟,教师们的表现得到了方老师的充分肯定和赞许。
In order to enhance teachers’ organizing skills of inquiring teaching, Fang attached great importance to the application of experiential training. All the teachers were required to design a project plan about “Food Culture”. All the members have completed the design plan, which was affirmed by Ms. Fang.
幼儿园环境是课程的体现和发展,是幼儿发展的资源,特别是在幼儿阶段,形象思维占优势,教师更应该注重创设情境。在当天的培训中,JOJO老师为全体教师做了“如何创设环境”的专题培训,透过JOJO老师大量的案例分享,诸如:“幼儿园的环境在对谁说话?”、“幼儿园环创特点”、“主题墙创设步骤”及“主题墙设计师”,让教师们有了更直观地了解和感受。会后专家们还参观了园所环境,对幼儿园教师和目前幼儿园的发展给予了高度的评价,并表示对幼儿园新课程的搭建更有信心,相信园外幼儿园一定能探索出一套落实生活教育、自然教育、养活教育思想的园本课程体系。
Kindergarten environment is the resource for the development of children. Especially in the early childhood, image thinking is dominant and teachers should pay more attention to situation creating. On that day, JOJO gave a special training on “how to create an environment” for all teachers. After the meeting, experts also visited kindergarten and spoke highly of our teachers and current development of kindergarten. They were confident about the construction of the new curriculum setting and believed that our kindergarten will be able to explore a set of kindergarten-based curriculum system, including life education, nature education and self-support education philosophy.

一整天紧锣密鼓的培训,由于专家团队的专业魅力和培训技巧,通过动静结合的方式,教师们在整个培训中一直都是热情满满,互动热烈!同时也充分认识到了幼儿园探究式教学的重要性和必要性,强化了开展探究式活动的理念,掌握了开展幼儿园探究式教学的基本方法和策略,这样的一种体验式的教研模式,再一次得到了圆满而高效的尝试与互动!
Our teachers have been enthusiastic in the training because of professional skills of expert team. And they have realized the importance and necessity of inquiring teaching in kindergarten and mastered the basic approach and strategy in inquiring teaching. Such an experiential teaching and research mode has turned out to be a great efficient attempt and interaction!
新的学期,随着新课程的逐步落地,相信幼儿园的各项教育教学工作,在新的一年一定会更上一层楼!
We firmly believe that all the work of kindergarten will be completed better in the new semester!
