在炎热的暑期，园外的同学们曾飞往南半球“世界上最后一块净土”新西兰TAKPschool交流学习。
Last summer, our SIPFLSers flew to New Zealand- “the world's last pure land”, for intercultural exchange.
在这个金秋十月，苏州工业园区外国语学校的同学们也热情迎接了来自新西兰姐妹学校TAKPschool的老朋友。
This October, those New Zealand students from TAKP School traveled quite a long way to meet their Chinese friends.

与园外缔结友好学校的Te Akau ki Papamoa，坐落在新西兰美丽的海滨城市陶朗加东海岸Papamoa丰盛湾地区。校内拥有完善的现代化教学环境，在校学生近800人。同时，TAKP是新西兰第一所参加美国苹果公司举办的“全球杰出苹果学校创新峰会”的学校，并被授予“全球杰出苹果学校”的荣誉称号。
Te Akau ki Papamoa (TAKP), a brother school of SIPFLS, is located in the beautiful coastal city of Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, attracting nearly 800 students. Nevertheless, TAKP was the first school in New Zealand to participate in the "Global Outstanding Apple School Innovation Summit", and was awarded as "Global Outstanding Apple School".
9月17日，新西兰师生一行顺利到达苏州工业园区外国语学校，园外创始人张永红女士，执行校长潘鑫先生，副校长刘栋艳女士在校热情迎接。
School leaders including Annie Zhang, Founder of SIPFLS, Peter Pan, Executive Principal, and Rowena Liu, Vice Principal warmly welcomed these exchange students.
午餐后，新西兰TAKPschool师生一行在副校长刘栋艳女士的陪同下一起热情参观了园外校园以及深度体验了小学部特色课程。
After lunch, Principal Rowena lead the teachers and students from TAKP to visit our school campus and fully experience certain featured courses in our primary school.
书法艺术是中国的传统艺术之一，TAKPschool的师生们走进书法教室，体验中华民族的国粹，他们个个从握笔到书写，有模有样。
Calligraphy is seen as one of the traditional Chinese arts. The visiting teachers and students went to our calligraphy classroom and tried to write some characters with a Chinese brush.
园外小学部的特色体育课程之一高尔夫是园外同学们最爱的课程。园外邀请新西兰的伙伴们参与特色体育课程，以球会友，不亦乐乎。
Golf is one of our popular Featured P.E. course. Those young visitors really had fun to participate in Golf Class.
到了放学时分，TAKPschool的同学们分别跟随自己的住家回到温暖的家中，开启愉快的周末之旅。
After school, students from TAKP School were picked up by their host families to spend their nice weekend.
他们或是品尝苏州小吃，游走在姑苏大街小巷；或是一同练琴、看书，分享音乐和阅读带来的快乐。分别在即，而彼此缔结的友谊在这个金秋闪闪绽放。
Some of them went to the old paved street and tried varies local food in the downtown. Some read books, play piano or listened to the music with their host families. In a blink of an eye, it is time for them to say goodbye.
