苏州工业园区外国语学校组织国际小学部进行校车安全教育及演练活动
为了确保教师、司机和学生能够及时、有序、高效的应对可能发生的各种突发事件，保障广大师生生命安全，本着"预防为主，安全第一"的原则，继上月成功进行国际幼儿园校车安全演练活动之后，2019年4月12日中午12点，苏州工业园区外国语学校组织国际小学的全体随车老师，乘坐校车学生及全体校车司机进行了一次校车安全教育及演练活动。
In order to make sure teachers, drivers and students can respond to all kinds of emergencies timely, orderly and efficiently， and to ensure their safety, a school bus safety education and drill was held at 12:00 A.M. April 12th. All the Primary School teachers and students as well as drivers who take school bus have participated in this activity.
演练活动内容
1交通事故，并有学生受伤
随车老师组织学生上幼儿园校车，提醒并检查全部学生系好安全带，示意校车司机起动车辆。当校车发生交通事故，被其它社会车辆追尾时，校车司机停车，熄火，打开双跳灯和停车牌，下车拍照，并拨打110。随车老师安抚车上学生，并询问是否有人受伤。受伤学生举手示意头部撞伤，随车老师取出车内药箱，并用纱布进行包扎。随车老师打电话给学校主管安全领导，汇报校车发生交通事故。校车等待交警及救护车前来，学校接到电话后，分管领导前往出事地点，并打电话给交警队。
Teachers instructed students to get on the bus, reminded and checked all of them to fasten the safety belts before the bus was started. When the school bus was involved in a traffic accident, the driver should stop, turn off the engine and turn on the emergency flasher. And he also should get off the bus, take photos and dial 110. The teacher asked if anyone was injured and the injured students raised the hands and there was a head injury. The teacher took out the medicine box and bandaged. The teacher on the bus called the school’s safety supervisor to inform him of the traffic accident. School bus should wait for the traffic police and ambulance. And school safety supervisor had to go to the accident site upon receiving the call.
2车辆发生自燃，需要疏散学生
随车老师组织学生上幼儿园校车，提醒并检查全部学生系好安全带，示意校车司机起动车辆。当车辆发生自燃情况时，随车老师立即向学生大声通知“车辆着火，请大家镇定，听从我的指挥。用衣袖、手帕等捂住口鼻，前部学生从前门下车，后部学生从后门下车。”司机打开前门，首先下车，帮助学生下车，并告诉学生前往路边绿化带集合。随车老师打开后门，首先下车，帮助学生下车，并告诉学生前往路边绿化带集合。待学生全部下车后，随车老师清点人数，随车老师上车查看是否有遗留或受伤学生。司机拨打110报警，并使用车载灭火器进行灭火。随车老师拨打学校主管安全领导电话，学校接到电话后，分管领导前往出事地点，并打电话给交警队。
Teachers instructed students to get on the bus, reminded and checked all of them to fasten the safety belt before the bus was started. When the spontaneous combustion occurred, the teacher had to talk loudly to the students, “the bus is on fire, please keep calm and follow my instruction. Cover your mouth and nose with sleeves and handkerchief. Students in the front get off at the front door and others get off at the back door”. The driver opened the front door and got off firstly, and then helped students to get off and told the students to gather at the green belt. After all the students get off the bus, the teachers did a quick head count and checked whether there were any students left or injured. The driver dialed 110 to call the police and put out the fire with an on-board fire extinguisher. The teacher on the bus called the school’s safety supervisor to inform him of the traffic accident. And school safety supervisor had to go to the accident site upon receiving the call.
本次演练活动进一步增强了校车司机及随车老师、学生的安全意识，提高了自护自救的能力。充分认识到校车安全工作的重要性，我们要努力做到安全工作长抓不懈，警钟长鸣，营造一个平安、和谐、文明的校园。
This activity has enhanced the safety awareness of school bus drivers, teachers and students and improved their self-protection and self-rescue skills. Having realized the importance of school bus safety, we will make constant efforts to create a safe, harmonious, civilized campus.
