开学,我们准备好了!——苏州工业园区外国语学校疫情防控演练
近日,江苏明确开学时间,经省委、省政府同意,全省各级各类学校自2020年3月30日起分批次、错峰开学。
通知中提到:各地各校要严格落实教育部关于“疫情没有得到基本控制前不开学、学校基本防控条件不具备不开学、师生和校园公共卫生安全得不到切实保障不开学”的要求,具备条件的地方和高校分期分批有序开学。
The Notice also mentions:Schools are required to postpone the start of the spring semester until the epidemic is under control. Meanwhile, schools should meet the basic epidemic prevention and control requirements to guarantee the public safety of the students and teachers. Schools have also been asked to pick different time slots to start the spring semester.

In order to resume work in epidemic prevention and control, prioritise the safety of teachers and students and limit the spread of the epidemic, SIPFLS has carried out in-depth research and made correspondent plans.
2020年3月23日上午9:00举行了一场疫情防控演练,分场景模拟开学后各项操作与应急处置流程。
On the morning of March 23rd 2020, SIPFLS demonstrated an emergency drill for COVID-19 prevention and control, including a series of protocols and procedures related to the epidemic.

场景一:进校篇
Scenario 1-Entry

学生在东校门口一米线排队测量体温,体温正常者进入校园。
体温超过37.3℃的学生由门口值班老师将学生送至学校东门临时隔离室,隔离区校医对其进行水银体温计复测体温,5分钟后体温结果为37.5℃,校医将结果告知班主任,班主任联系家长及时将学生接回并就医。
校医对学生情况进行记录,保洁人员对隔离区进行终末处理。学部主任密切关注与该学生密切接触的师生情况,校医室做好病情追踪。
Students waited in line for body temperature measurement. Except for a student with high temperature above 37.3°C, all students entered school right after the test. A teacher led the student with high temperature to the school doctor and his/her body temperature was retested as 37.5°C. As a result, the school doctor informed the class supervisor to call the student’s parent and kept a record of this emergency, while the school cleaners disinfected the area. Department Director followed closely with his/her close contact and the school doctor also made a tracing record for later investigation.

场景二:课堂篇
Scenario 2-Classroom

班主任在教室内给学生进行午检时发现一名学生低烧37.5℃,咳嗽,精神不佳,无其他不适。
班主任第一时间将学生送至校内临时隔离室,副班主任负责带其他学生到疫情备用教室上课,年级组长协助管理,安抚班级学生情绪。
隔离室校医用水银体温计算复测学生体温,确定发烧。询问学生14天内有无疫情重点地区旅居史、途径史或有确诊、疑似病例接触史,当日身体状况(早上在家是否测量体温,是否浑身乏力,有咳嗽,胸闷的症状),做好详细询问笔录。期间做好心理关怀,避免学生紧张恐慌情绪,影响病情。
班主任立刻电话给家长,告知学生目前的状况,但是家长不在本地,一时半会赶不到学校。班主任与家长挂断电话后需微信文字再次与家长确认是否可以将学生送至附近的发热门诊。
得到回复后班主任立刻告知学部主任,学部主任在疫情群里汇报学生情况,经校长统一后,总务安排疫情专用车辆,班主任陪同将学生送至最近的发热门诊,并再次文字告知家长具体的医院地址,通知家长尽快让家里人赶到医院。
消毒组人员对该学生所使用过的区域和所乘坐车辆进行终末处理。
A student was tested with high temperature 37.5°C and had certain suspicious symptoms. The class supervisor sent him/her to the quarantine area and had his/her body temperature retested meanwhile another teacher and the grade leader led all other students to a back-up classroom. The student was confirmed as a fever case, so the school doctor asked him/her questions about travel history, contact with others and symptoms such as fever, coughing or respiratory problems. While making a record of this emergency, the doctor tried to comfort the student. The class supervisor called his/her parent but the parent was not in Suzhou. Then they talked by WeChat and finally agreed that the class supervisor and the student would take the school’s special vehicle for COVID-19 Prevention and Control to the nearest fever clinic first and the parent would meet them at the hospital. Finally, school cleaners disinfect the area & vehicle.

场景三:宿舍篇
Scenario 3-Dormitory

住宿学进宿舍前需间隔一米排队测量体温,发现一名学生体温异常,生活老师立刻将学生带到临时隔离室,并立刻通知校医。
校医对学生进行体温复测,并耐心询问情况,安抚情绪,进行登记。复测体温37.5℃,立刻通知班主任。
班主任第一时间告知部门主任,并马上电话家长,告知家长学生情况。请家长尽快来学校接学生回家。如家长告知无法尽快过来,请学校将孩子送到医院,家长会在医院与学生汇合。
班主任立刻将情况告知学部主任,学部主任在疫情群里汇报情况,经校长同意后,总务安排疫情专用车将学生送至附近发热门诊。
生活老师对该楼层的楼道、扶手以及所居住的宿舍等进行含氯消毒液进行消杀处理,30分钟后进行清水擦拭通风。
Students waited in line for body temperature measurement before entering dormitory. Except for a student with high temperature, all students returned to the dormitory right after the test. A teacher led the student with high temperature to the school doctor and his/her body temperature was retested as 37.5°C. As a result, the school doctor informed his/her class supervisor. The class supervisor first reported the emergency to the Director and then called the student’s parent to pick up the student as soon as possible. After knowing the emergency from the WeChat group, the principal agreed that the student may take the school’s special vehicle for COVID-19 Prevention and Control to the nearest fever clinic first and the parent would later meet him/her at the hospital. Finally, the dormitory supervisors disinfected the area with chlorine antiseptic and water.

场景四:食堂篇
Scenario 4-Canteen

学生一米间隔依次走出教室,到小学一楼洗手池边洗手(七步洗手法)。学生进入食堂前,需要经过几道卡口,进行体温测量、洗手消毒。
餐桌上都加装了“十字”隔板,一张餐桌就变身成四个单人餐位,选餐时戴口罩、少交流,保持距离,就餐时专心吃、不讲话,快速就餐,结束时戴口罩、净桌面,迅速离开。
Students walked out of the classroom and always kept one meter away from each other. They washed hands with seven-step method near the teaching building. Before entering the canteen,they had to go through several procedures including temperature test and hand disinfection.
Each table was transformed into a dinning place for four individuals. Everyone wore a mask when waiting for his/her meal. They barely talked and always kept social distance when waiting in line. They also barely talked when eating. Everyone was eating fast and moving fast.

通过此次演练,提高了各级、各部门对应急管理工作重要性的认识,有效预防和积极应对传染病的发生,全面提高我校传染病的应急反应能力,熟悉应急处置具体过程,做到镇定应对突发事件,避免恐慌;做到早发现、早报告、早隔离、早诊断、早治疗,促进学校防控和救治工作的科学化、标准化、程序化。

Through this drill, all departments get more familiarised with all protocols and procedures for emergency management of infectious diseases. Early detection, early reporting, early diagnosis, early isolation, and early treatment are the most effective measures. It is extremely important for our school to establish a scientific, standardised and sequencing approach to fight the coronavirus.
