2019年9月10日，第35个教师节来临之际，苏州工业园区外国语学校创始人张永红女士及执行校长潘鑫先生携行政管理团队早早来到校门口，为辛勤耕耘的一线教师送上节日的问候和精美的小礼物。

To celebrate the 35th Teacher's Day in China, the school management team arrived early in the morning to greet all SIPFLS teachers with cards and gifts on Sept. 10th 2019, including Ms. Zhang Yonghong, Founder of Suzhou Industrial Park Foreign Language School as well as Peter Pan, Executive Principal of the School.

教师是学校发展的不竭动力，红姐和潘校非常重视教师队伍的建设，并给予他们充分的人文关怀。

Indeed, wisdom from teachers fuels the engine of school development. Our school leaders such as HONG JIE and Principal Pan also highlight the significance of building a great teaching team at SIPFLS and always show respectful care to all teachers and faculties.

师资团队的建设离不开领头人的标杆和表率作用，作为学校的执行校长，潘鑫对待工作始终严谨、认真、精益求精，追求卓越，全都是源自他对园外和园外所有学生的那份特殊的感情。

The influence of school leadership on teacher’s perception is significant. As Executive Principal of SIPFLS, Peter Pan is a role model for all teachers and students. He is rigorous, responsible and always maintains high standards of performance at school due to his deep affection for the School as well as all the students at SIPFLS.

从学校还是一片工地开始，他就已经进驻工作，2010年9月份一马当先参与到了苏州工业园区外国语学校的筹建工作中，为了保证学校在2011年9月份顺利正常开学，在筹建工作的300多天里经常没日没夜的加班，不辞辛苦，不怕劳累，不断学习和创新，随后更是一直坚守自己的岗位，转眼他与园外已经共同走过了八年的时光，从学校建校第一年的300多学生，到今天园外的学生人数已经达到1900多人。In September 2010, he participated in the preparatory work when the school campus was still under construction. To ensure the School to start smoothly in September 2011, Peter was consistently hard working and committed but still innovative and humble during his leadership. In the blink of an eye, he has already been working at SIPFLS for eight years, and the number of registered students at SIPFLS has surged from 300 to 1,900.

潘校参与建立和完善了管理团队、学校国际化课程的开发等工作。多年以来，对学生的爱心、对同事的诚心、对工作的热忱让潘校更觉肩上的责任重大 ，我们通过镜头记录下了潘校一天的工作日常 ，忙碌之余更多的是充实，也是作为一个教育工作者对这份事业的执着和热爱！

He was also involved in building the strong management team as well as developing the international curriculum. Over years, Principal Pan put his heart and soul into SIPFLS, loving the students and caring the colleagues.
