2019年8月28日、29日两天，苏州工业园区外国语学校全体教职工共同进行了为期两天的集中培训，培训针对不同岗位，新老员工分别设置不同内容的讲座以及课程和活动。
On Aug. 28th and Aug. 29th, all the faculties and teachers from Suzhou Industrial Park Foreign Language School received a two-day intensive training. This training was designed for different positions- the new and old employees attended correspondent lectures, courses and activities respectively.

对每一位教职工来说都有着非常大的启发，对今后的工作和教学活动起到了积极的指引作用，经过两天充实的培训活动，大家收获满满，新同事们也对学校有了更深的了解。
In addition, the Mind Map Course was designed especially for the management team and the pre-job training for the new faculties. These inspiring courses will play a significant role in supporting everyone’s future work or teaching. The two-day long training also leads to a deeper understanding of our school value for all the participants.

2019年8月30日下午2点，苏州工业园区外国语学校在艺术厅召开2019-2020学年第一学期全校教职工大会。
Suzhou Industrial Park Foreign Language School (SIPFLS) successfully held the 2019-2020 All-Staff Meeting in the Auditorium at 2 pm on August 30th.

会上，执行校长潘鑫先生做重要讲话。
At the meeting, Principal Pan delivered an important speech to all the staff.
潘校对暑假期间学校的重大活动进行了简要回顾。
He briefly reviewed certain major school events during the summer vacation.
之后，潘校对新学期的工作提出了具体的要求。
At last, he also put forward some specific requirements for the new semester.
最后，潘校寄语广大教职工：
小生活，大幸福！
请不要在该吃苦的年纪选择安逸，
