“世界的美好与你我有关”——前校长葛翠兵先生回园外访问
2019年6月13日上午，前苏州工业园区外国语学校校长葛翠兵先生回到学校，应邀参加了我校小学部的毕业典礼。董事长张永红女士、执行校长潘鑫先生和中层管理团队部分领导一起亲切接待了葛翠兵先生，共同深入交流园外的办学情况。
Mr. Ge Cuibing, former President of Suzhou Industrial Park Foreign Language School (SIPFLS) was invited to participate the graduation ceremony of SIPFLS primary school on the morning of June 13, 2019. Ms. Zhang Yonghong, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Pan Xin, Executive Principal of SIPFLS, as well as some key members from SIPFLS management team have warmly welcomed Mr. Ge and exchanged ideas on the performance and development of SIPFLS.
葛先生与园外有着深厚的感情，也曾为园外的发展做出过积极的贡献，去年，因为家庭的原因选择了离开。葛先生高度认可张永红董事长的办学理念及管理思路，园外能够在她的带领下坚持践行“养活教育”思想，相信未来能够越来越好。
Mr. Ge has made great contribution to the development of SIPFLS and really loved this School. Mr. Ge believes that SIPFLS deserves a bright and promising future under the leadership of Chairman Zhang, since the philosophy of “Education for Self-reliance” can and will help each student grow into an independent and responsible individual with balanced personality.
教育需要遵循一定的规律，而学生在做的过程中能够不断地获得快乐和智慧，体验幸福，克服困难，从而获得自信。这是真正符合教育的规律，也是符合学生成长的规律的。张永红董事长做教育的初衷就是希望能够为社会的发展和进步贡献自己的力量。
It is of great importance to follow certain rules and principles when educating students. More importantly, students are supposed to enjoy the process of “Learning by Doing”. They can experience happiness, overcome obstacles, gain wisdom and finally become self-confident, and that is how education should be. Chairman Zhang hopes that her vision can make certain contribution to the whole society as well.
